Century Station Playground

In an effort to raise funds for the Century Station playground, an auction was held in September 2009.  Over 80 items were donated by our customers, shareholders and local businesses.  There were approximately 170  people in attendance at this event.  Bank employees also held raffles, car washes and bake sales as part of the fund raising efforts.

Gold, Silver and Bronze contributor sponsorships have been established.  Individuals making monetary donations in these categories will have their name engraved on a plaque that will be a permanent fixture at Century Station  playground.  Contributions for this project are handled through Judy Painter by calling 540-778-6301 or Beth Painter by calling 540-778-6303.  All contributions are greatly appreciated.

 

Pictured above are children and grandchildren of some of Pioneer Bank's employees at the future site of Century Station playground.  We are so excited about seeing this dream become a reality.  We are truly grateful for the generosity that has been shown by our customers,  shareholders and area businesses.  We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to the Town of Stanley for providing the land for Century Station.
