Lost / Stolen Card
If your debit card is lost or stolen, follow these steps:
Call to report lost or stolen debit cards immediately
To avoid any impact to your checking account, report the loss as soon as possible. During normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm), please call 540.778.2294. You may also report the card lost or stolen and reorder a new card within the mobile banking app.
Deactivate the card in the mobile banking app
With the Pioneer Bank Mobile Banking app, you can instantly deactivate your card. If you happen to find your card, simply log back into the app and reactivate it.
Order a replacement debit card
We offer instant issued debit cards! Simply visit our Stanley, Harrisonburg, or Ruckersville locations to receive your new debit card instantly.
Watch your account for fraudulent activity
If you find any unauthorized transactions, call or visit your nearest branch to dispute the charge.
