Lost or Stolen Debit Card?
With our Pioneer Bank Mobile Apps, you can now deactivate your card instantly. If you happen to find your card, simply log back into the app and reactivate it. You may also report the card lost or stolen, and reorder a new card within the app.

You may also call to report lost or stolen debit cards immediately to avoid any impact to your checking account. During normal working hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm), please call 540-778-2294.
After work hours or on weekends and holidays, please call Customer Care Services at 1-866-546-8273.
Once you have phoned us, please watch your account for fraudulent activity. If you find any transactions not authorized by you, please go to your nearest branch and fill out a Transaction Dispute Form.
