Mobile Apps for Smart Phones
With our Pioneer Bank Mobile Apps, you can take your community bank with you no matter where you are! Our Apps include features like Mobile Deposit, View & Print Statements, Pay Bills, Make Transfers, and much more!
How it works:
- Select 'Make Deposits' from the Mobile App menu.
- Take a picture of the check front.
- Endorse the back along with writing 'Mobile Deposit' and take a picture of the back.
- Enter the amount of your deposit, and select the account you wish to make the deposit.
- Click Submit and you're done!
You will receive a confirmation to the email we have on file that your transaction is being processed. Enjoy extended banking hours by making deposits up to 7:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) for same business day processing, and have access to your funds the next day.
Don't have a Smart Phone, but still want to know your account balance on the go? No problem, at Pioneer Bank we offer Text Banking.
- Log into your Online Banking Account
- Select the Options Menu Tab
- Click on Mobile Settings
- Click on Text Mobile Settings
- Check the Box to "Enable Text Access for Your Mobile Device"
- Fill Out Your Information
- Click Submit
- Review the Enrollment Information and Check "I Accept These Full Terms and Conditions"
- Click Confirm
- Send the Confirmation Text to 89549
- Review the Text Commands on the Text Mobile Settings Page
Now you can text BAL to 89549 and receive your Account Balance via Text Message. Send HELP to 89549 for a listing of available commands.
